With Cargo Office Online

you can find all track and trace websites from a single entry point. Enter the carrier prefix, IATA code or start typing the carrier name, to open the track and trace website.

Cargoguide can remotely help you learning Cargo Office with TeamViewer. While you are sitting in front of your own computer Cargoguide shows you all the posibilities Cargo Office can offer.
Download TeamViewer, a little application which does not even require an installation or administrative rights.

Sales margins

With sales margins you can add a custom tariff to your net rates. Cargo Office supports two types of sales margins:

A single valued margin (simple margin); and
Margins rules specified by value, weight breaks and destination.

Applying margins to the rates influences the price calculation. The calculation takes into account the margin value, percentage and destination station specifications. The fuel and security fee are not affected by margins. Add margins button

Open the sales Margin rules window to add and modify advanced margin selections.
The bottom part of the button opens the margin menu which allows you to apply a simple margin or select a custom margin.
