Copy and delete rows

To duplicate existing rates, select a row by pressing the indicator column, and then drag to the last cell, your selection has a green fill.
Open the modify menu by using the right mouse button while the mouse pointer is above the indicator column. In de modify menu select the Duplicate selected rows(s) button. Your selection is duplicated and visible at the bottom of the grid. Your duplicated rows are filled yellow.
Press the Delete rows button to remove the rates from your selection.
