How to adjust the General Configuration settings.

General settings Cargo Office

Open the Configuration window and select the General tab panel. In the general settings you can changes some settings such as how Cargo Office should open and close the application.

To view rates in Cargo Office, the application first load additional data like destinations and carriers. To launch the application faster it is recommended to reduce the amount of data by limiting the number of destinations and surcharges.

Future rates

All rates loaded in Cargo Office are the actual rates. Expired and future rates will not be loaded. The near future rates will be loaded if the date that they will be applied is within 20 days from today. Cargo Office allows you to change the number of days you want to include the future rates. You can do this by changing the number in the configuration window.

Minimize application

Click the Minimize Application check box if you want the application to close to the system tray instead of staying active in the background.
