Shipment calculator

The calculator allows you to define your shipment and to calculate the chargeable weight. The calculator requires input per piece, defining its dimensions and the actual weight. The sum of the actual weight compared to the volume weight results in the chargeable weight.

Add a new piece

Select the Add new piece row, and change the values in the editor. Confirm the new piece with ENTER or point the mouse pointer outside the Add new piece row.

Change auto values

Actual weight and volume weight are calculated based on the dimensions, number of pieces and weight per piece. The calculation is done per piece (or more pieces with the same dimensions). The sum done for every piece results in the total actual and volume weight.
If the total actual and/or volume is known instead of the value per piece, you can change these totals directly in the calculator.
Double-click the Total cell to open the cell for editing, confirm your changes with ENTER.

If the summarized actual or volume weight is known, you can edit these values directly by unlocking the Total actual/volume weight text box. Click the Unlock button to edit the total values.

Remove pieces

Right-clicking the piece you want to delete will open the Calculate menu. Click on Delete piece to remove the piece from the Weight calculator. Click the Clear button to remove all pieces from the calculator.
